i think i give up
i can't seem to arrange the big bulbs in a way that their not either touching their cords or touching each other,
and i know from when i plugged them in for a few seconds when i took them out of their box that they get rather hot
can we say fire hazard?
i suppose i'll have to wait until i have time to string them more properly somehow, they've each got little clippies on them so that bears investigating as to what they'll clippie onto
i'm going to try one more thing with the string of purple, it's got no switch but it's got these little 'control bulbs' and removing them stopped the twinkle, however it also turned off half of the lights. so perhaps if i replace the twinkle bulbs with the normal replacement bulbs.. hmmm
