Sneaky, isn't it? I think it only works with logged-in users, but that "" href call points the user back to their own journal. Needless to say, it freaked me out the first few times I ran across it ... "OH NO! Why am *I* being singled out here???!" ... and all, until I did a "view source" to see what was going on there code-wise!
