i looked at the fitday thing again and got all frustrated
according to it i'm basically starving cause i eat so little
i eat when i'm hungry and i eat till i'm full
even on a weekendday or going out special i still am eating a whole lot less according to the caloric charts then i thought i was

i didn't stop to think that even if my brain doesn't think i'm starving, my body still might
i could be stuck in that stage where you gain weight before you lose if you try to starve yourself

so yeah, blah blah, kal was right, i need to eat MORE (of healthy foods of course) and i need an exercise schedule
i suppose i could use the fitday.com thing to make sure i'm eating ENOUGH
there's NO advice on how to properly eat MORE calories, i even tried looking in advice for excessive thinness

this is horribly silly!
i wonder if a diet plan for an anorexic to get healthy would work
