hoveringsombreroi just went and lj-cut the soap post because i'm going to cut this post and suddenly felt i should be consistent

top of my head, you can see where the bits of my real hair stick out a lot easier this time because i didn't have the money to attempt to dye my hair to match the extension hair
back of my head, this is the nifty tie my hair behind my head thing that i love to do when i have braids, i tried to do it with my own hair when it was long but it just doesn't work the same, cody once showed me that she did it as well with her dreads when she had them, so i assume a lot of people come up with this idea independently of each other.

and two pictures of the front, it feels weird cause --as i said before-- i've never done my own braids and not have bangs, the very first time i had braids the were badly done by a friend and i had no bangs then, babble babble, that was my inspiration for doing it myself, she did shitty braids and i looked at them and thought "i can do better than this" :D they were also boring brown but i was a lifeguard (ack scalp sunburn!) and couldn't really do too much interesting with my hair,
