they claim they sent a tech guy out today, but no tech guy showed up and they can't reach tech guy on his cel phone, and from what i can gather they're trying to tell dom that WE fucked something up on our side and it's not their fault
so he's off getting something from SCSi to test himself to prove that he didn't fuck anything up to them
