hoveringsombreroi recently found an old notebook that i used to write sort of a diary in, i never was very good at keeping up a diary or journal till i got a computer, and livejournal has been the most recent and most successfully of the electronic attempt, anyway here's an entry, excuse overuse of exclamation points
bit of pre-story, i had the $35 but i needed it for food or gas or something important so i decided to leave it at home so i wouldn't spend it, but as soon as i walked thru the door of the club i regretted it and beka and i came up with the begging plan

I just got my tongue pierced!
It's really cool.
Beckah and I walked around the club and she asked people for a dollar and I stuck out my tongue. We got $31.71 and the piercing cost $35.-- but we couldn't get any more than that.
So we went to the piercer and told him our story and he said that he would do it for #31.71!!
It was so unbearably hot in the back room and I was already light-headed from walking around and the heat, so I took off my gloves and signed the forms and sat down on the stool. Beckah put her arm around me and held my hand. It didn't hurt, It just stung, like I had bit my tongue and it felt weird, a very interesting weird and I guess that there is tougher muscle in the middle of the tongue 'cuz when the needle was halfway through I felt resistance slightly till it was through the middle.
Beckah is such a great person, her asking people for money for me was really cool and I would have been really really nervous if she hadn't been there to hold my hand. I've got to find some way to thank her.
i left out a couple things, my tongue swelled up immediately, mary took me into the bathroom and i drank the rest of her beer, that numbed my mouth a bit and made my head feel better, my tongue was swollen up big for a little over 24 hours then it went down, as soon as the swelling went down i could talk normally but it took me a couple weeks to stop getting food stuck around the top ball when i ate, i saw my father the next morning and he made fun of the way i was talking hehe
to thank beka, a month later again on fetish night i paid for her to have her tongue pierced cause she decided she wanted it too, unfortunately she tensed up so it hurt her quite a bit and she bled ..... i think she still has it, i'm not sure
