Did you change shampoo? Sometimes that will do it. I also have had my hair do that when I have washed it in a different water district that came from another source. Have you moved or started to shower in a different water district?

mine stays straight no matter how much I try to curl it.

I find it funny how everyone thinks how great it would be if they just had straight hair... and I would like mine wavey.

I guess the grass always appears greener on the other side.

Anyhow, some places have hard water versus soft water (mineral deposits and such versus well.. water without). That could explain the change.

but every once in a while after i've had my hair up it comes down curly, and i think charity's right i changed shampoo

of course it goes straight quickly :)
