On noes! The sisterperson has apparently acquired a scanner and has scanned in some old pictures of me.

A trip to visit the sisterperson at her first posting in the Navy, in 2000, down in southern CA. I never even knew she took this picture, I don't think. (I knew when this was without thinking about it cause I recognised the braids because I have webcam pictures of them after I finished them).

Just a regular mom-done perm. My stupid hair refused to take perms we went through a tonne before finding one that worked.

We tried even going to a salon once, spent $50 on it (in the late 80s) and it fell out after two washings a week later.

My hair holds curl a little better as I age and I have been considering spiral permming myself, since there's so much of it now.

I was thinking that lately, I was planning, if I continue to feel better, to do some visiting about. I've a friend in the other Carolina that I'd like to meet as well.

Ideally we should just all meet up in Florida and do the Harry Potter theme park. heh.

The United States seriously needs to be less LARGE.
