Got surgeon paid! Finally got exact information on which medications to stop and which to keep taking. And let them know about the current antibiotics, and it's no problem.

Very relieved. I was so nervous that something was going to delay this, but it still seems all good. Still out with girlperson for a while, posting this from fon.
