i smoked 4 cigarettes tonight and i'll likely smoke another before i sleep, and damn i'm just soo much more relaxed than i usually am, woo! yay for "harmful substances"!

um... green tea is suppose to have lots of caffiene in it. not a good thing to drink before trying to go to sleep
