Alright, that's enough Monday, now.
Jan. 12th, 2009 07:25 amTook the thing of nearly 5lbs of ground beef, made half of it into burger patties and wrapped them individually in foil and put in freezer. Took the other half, cooked it up as taco salad meat/burrito meat. Sectioned out an amount what I figure will be about 3-4 days use (since that's how long the FDA site says cooked beefs are good in fridge) put in fridge, and put the rest into freezer.
Did dishes, washed counters and stove, swept the floor.
So I'm done for now, kitchen is shiny, and I am tired.
