We had an HVAC inspection appt set for the 9th, and both of us totally forgot about it. So I was roused from a dead sleep by pounding on the door and ringing of the door bell. I sat on the couch while he did his thing.
We haven't been using the central heat, cause it was either just blowing cool air, or getting the place way too hot, and then the fan was never turning off. Turned out there was a fuse blown or something, so guy fixed that. and it's been working fabulously now.
And then this was from our CVS the other day. I noticed that that one aisle has different carpet than the rest of the store. I wonder if it's cause it's the baby aisle, or because it's the aisle that leads up to the drop-off window of the pharmacy?
And also, WE HAS A HAT/COAT TREE!
I promise you there's a thing under all those coats, what else would be holding them up?
This is much nicer. We have a coat closet, but the coats just haven't been making it down the hall and just kept getting hung on the kitchen chairs. Which was getting really annoying. Now they have a place so they don't have to travel so far.
And lastly, this is a really nifty video I stumbled across in my late night wanders. I think the correct term is allegory? Whatever it is it's a fabulous way of putting things, I thought. I'm not entirely sure what it's specifically about (religion/race/sexuality?), but I don't expect it matters, still a good message.
