Hello 2009!

I think our little, tiny, shindig was a huge success.coldcontrol (boyperson) and filthykitten (girlperson) came by as planned. J had tried to get his friends to come over, but I don't know what's going on there. jloopy shunned us for closer entertainment, which was totally understandable, J and I crossed the strip by bus at around 3pm and it was already ridiculously crazy.

After the blokus playing, mr_glass arrived about 2 minutes before midnight so was there to toast with our cheapy, mostly frozen (oops) champagne.

J had to arrange the snax and booze for a picture, this is his arrangment:



Here are the snax ready to be eaten, girlperson also brought some fabulous stuffed peppers and nutbars, but I forgot to foto them.



I brought out pillows and squishy stuffed things to sorta substitute for couches:



And we played Blokus, I lost, as usual, but it's still much fun:







I had a lot of fun, and it was awesome to be able to have people over, and I'd like to do more of it.
We'll have couches tomorrow, and the doorcoffeetable should be brought up by mother before too many more weeks.
