In which I made a tiny snowman, and lost the camera.

I tromped up close to the murals to get in more snow and get some pictures snow on brush.





And then I made a tiny snowman on a rock.




I slipped a couple times on the way there, cause you can't see all the rocks under the snow. After I finished the snowman, I went to reach in my pocket to get the digital camera and get some pictures of it with that. NO CAMERA.

So I retraced my steps, which was pretty easy in the snow that was untouched before we got there.



And there it was, in a little rectangle hole, near one of the places I slipped. I saw the strap sticking up. Fortunately it wasn't there very long, so it didn't get actually wet.

hey. bad news. i was just informed that i have to pull a double saturday because of sick co-worker and it is going to be a busy day with the basketball game and las vegas bowl. and sunday is my regular day to work all day. i am really sorry. if i can figure out how to get away for a couple of hours, i will let you know.

No worries, it looks like Josh is going to get it done today. Turns out father of friend he's been staying with has a truck that they're able to borrow today.

Also, I will be back tomorrow instead of Sunday! So I'll just text you sometime tomorrow. It'll be nice to be back in cell phone signal, ALL THE TIME, again.

that's good. i was feeling all sorts of guilty. i hate telling people i will do something and not do it because i get really pissed when people do it to me.

Bah, no need for guilty, you didn't promise anything, and things are working out fine anyway.

They've got one load in, which sounds like almost half the stuff, if they can't get the rest today, then we'll get it tomorrow with mother's truck.

As I'm home a day early and they're bringing me in the truck cause we're bringing my dining set back, we didn't end up as much in need of trucking.

The previous issue was with bringing me back Sunday was that storage closes at noon on Sunday instead of the 6pm of every other day, so it was going to be a rush on Sunday if all we had was Mother's truck that day and no help before that.
