Now, if silent hill were a much older game, and there he was cosplaying an 8bit version, ok, maybe.
As you can see by the (possibly boob having) pyramid head on the far right, this looks like an older video game version,
also, BOOBS?

It looks like there's a fucking safety pin, AND HE'S WEARING FLIPFLOPS.
At least it appears he can't see so maybe he spent the whole time bumping into walls.

This sorta looks like the place in San Jose where they hold DunDraCon. I wonder if it is.
(I just looked it up, it's from the anime expo in 2006, none of the other pictures look similar to where dundracon is held)

I think the boob havin is that fabled "girl fandom" trying to disguise said bood while still being in character. The pose kinda goves it away. Extra bloody to prove themselves as good enough as most females try to over do it because they are in fact not thought of as equal. Compensation.
