I think everyone should have the ability to send or receive boobiemessages. (Anatomically appropriately distributed, of course.)

However, I really don't want the average idiot to be piloting a nuclear hovercar. They can't even drive in 2 dimensions. And add boobietext to that equation and we're all done for.
