Came back from a long, lovely, late evening out,
and FUCKING AIR CONDITIONING IS BROKEN AGAIN.

So much for getting much sleep,
turning off computers to try to keep cool.

whenever it gets too warm for me, i put on a wet t-shirt. the water evaporating from it really cools you off.

I put a thing of ice on my head and one on my chest, and took sleeping pills. Woke up frequently to renew the ice, but otherwise slept like a baby.

J did not follow my ice and drugs suggestions and did not fare as well.
