WTF ROUTER?

Unplugged and replugged the cat5 to my desktop, again, one more time before I started switching cables around to see where the issue is. AND THAT WORKED, the same goddamn thing I already did, multiple times.

Fine, works now.

And I'll blow muthafukkkin Mercury outta the goddam sky, first chance I get. "We've got better rockets than the coyote."

Had so many nonsnsical computer and LAN problems the last few days that my therapeutic drinking has doubled to keep pace.

Sounds like my morning at the office ... I was getting a "Windows does not recognize this USB device!" for my desk printer ... a printer which had been working fine last week, and even on Saturday.

I turned it on and off, unplugged and replugged the cable, re-booted the computer, nothing. Finally, I tried unplugging the cable from the computer end and re-plugging it, and for some reason THAT prodded it into re-installing the printer!

Needless to say, I was cussin' like a Longshoreman with Tourettes.
