Now I'm probably going to get my girl card revoked, again, but, WAT? I have never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever been so drunk that I did something that I really didn't want to do, never been too drunk to say no. And I've been drunk a lot. Additionally I don't believe I've ever explicitly or verbally said "YES I CONSENT TO SEX WITH YOU NOW." Which seems to imply that I've never had consensual sex, and if that's the case I am also a rapist.

The whole "it was rape because he/she was too drunk to know better" is bullshit. It's rape if he/she was passed out or unable to say no, it's rape if he/she said no and was ignored, it's rape if he/she was FORCED, it's not rape if he/she just got "too drunk to know better." If you get that drunk, you shouldn't be drinking, and you need help.

Apparently there is some level of drunk what absolves people from all responsibility for their actions? Bullshit.

What if you sober up during and consent? Does that mean it's only half a rape? Or if the alcohol hits during, as alcohol has a constant rate of absorption.

There should be a way to prove anything mathematically.
