TAP for the win.
Apr. 1st, 2008 05:41 pmDamn, just when I was nearly totally disappointed in today's online prank offerings,
in steps The Angry Pharmacist, with THIS
I have the RSS feed for TAP dot com on my flist, and I skimmed that post,
and since I didn't read it clearly, I fell for it, until second look and actually reading it.
That's pretty much the scale tipper in a good prank or not,
if it entertains me, but I know instantly it's a joke, it's still a fail.
Word of advice for anyone who is sick more than usual or has any chronic problems,
make friends with a pharmacist, be nice to your regular pharmacist.
I've gotten better help from a friend of mine who's in the profession,
and the awesome guys in my next door CVS than most doctors.
I'm not saying pharmacist > doctor,
but there's a reason for all that schooling behind the pharmD, they know drugs, they understand drugs, they've no vested interest in whether you take them or not.
I think I made my local guy's day, Sunday night by being overjoyed at the lower price for my generic z-pak, and not filling my vicodin script till later. He's always nice to me anyway, and always seems happy to see me.
