hoveringsombrero | as close to a new years resolution as i get

again doing some thinking and i've re-discovered the reason why none of my on paper diarys got very far

i leave out stuff, when stuff isn't going so well and i'm really really worried about things i try to ignore them and pretend they don't exist

which left holes in all my diarys that really annoyed me years later, and i have started to do that with this livejournal, BUT still it's a public journal, and i guess i don't feel that the random reader needs to hear my whining and lamenting, BUT it's probably better for me to get things out

the solution? i'm going to begin using the "friends only" option, i spent quite a bit of thought considering using the completely private only i can see option,but i decided that this IS a public journal

so friends/future friends read if you want to, don't if you don't want to
just for more annoying or more sensitive venting
if you want to know the more personal, annoying, or depressing aspects of my life then you can get to know me

p'raps someday when my whining is less frequent again it will all be public again
