Fucking science whoring took forfuckingever today.
But then everything was awesome from then on.
I didn't have to wait long for first bus when leaving,
another chick was at the stop with me, she got impatient and gave up after a few minutes,
then the bus arrived 5 minutes after she had given up and started walking.
I did a rather impolite "ha ha" when the bus passed her and she glared at it.
The next bus was full of the entertaining crazy.
A little old lady got on, saw a friend, and sat down and started talking,
her friend asked her if she liked the new place she'd just moved into,
and grandma replied: "Hell yes! No more fucking whores or jews!"
The rest of the conversation continued in that vein,
with less racism and more cussing.
The second to the last bus stop was right by a subway,
and I'd just missed the next one, so I went in and got a vegecheese sub,
which is the only thing I like from subway and hadn't had in a long time.
Got on the next to the last bus, there was a boy with pretty eyes in a shirt and tie,
who sorta half smiled at me, I just sat down and ignored him.
Then we both got off at the same stop,
and both walked to the next bus stop.
He paced and paced and fidgeted, while I happily sat on an overturned shopping cart,
and thought happy thoughts about the sammach in the bag in my hand.
I wondered what was so important as to be causing him so much stress,
I wanted to tell him that he shouldn't stress so much about something as silly as a bus.
Then right before the bus arrived he walked over and said: "You keep smiling,
I just noticed my fly's been down the whole time, were you laughing at me?"
I hadn't even noticed, so I laughed and said so.
Then we got on the bus, talked on the bus a little,
and he told me he was on his way to an interview, and he was very nervous.
Then right before he left the bus he quickly said his cell number to me.
I remembered, I texted him good luck on interview, he responded.
I love my crazy life.

I think I would have said something if I had noticed.
