The cake is moist and delicious.
Oct. 25th, 2007 02:19 pmDidn't oversleep like I wanted to, but a hot shower really helped all the sore from walking yesterday.
Since shower I've been awesome housewife eris. I cut up lettuce and stored it, grated cheese and stored it, then made some pico de gallo and it joined the rest in the fridge. So now all my tostada bits will be easier to assemble. Then I had cheese dogs waiting for J when he got home, and now I've got a cake in the oven.
Yay 98 cent pillsbury cake mixes from food4less! What I do is, I bake a whole one, then cut it up into pieces and individually package the pieces and put in fridge. It keeps J from eating mass quantities of twix when he can afford them and from wanting them when he can't. Also, I have a, possibly unsound, theory that eris made cake is better than candy bars. It does come out to less sugar than his candy, so it may not be a terribly crackpot theory.
Go me! Still horribly tired, though.
