This will be the first year in at least two or three which is to be new years eve without nadin. Last year we got a hotel room in stockton and due to convenient circumstances ended up just being dom, nadin and me. Year before that she visited when we lived in sac and we went to old sac. I think, anyway, this year i'll be sitting in my cube, working. Hee, but i'll be with most the people i'd've spent the holiday with were i not working, so it works out.

2003

One last post before leaving to work. I must say that this has been and of the worst and one of the best years of my life. In the begining of it i was dreading the rest, i've become a bit more cynical, and a litte bit of a hopeless romantic. I'm stronger than i thought i was and tired of giving up, i spent the first part of the year wondering if i'd ever get my happy back, the most valuable lesson learned this year is that i never lost it. I'm looking forward to 2004 even if it's bad because it's life.
