edit thanks for the help, it looked about a teaspoon and two teaspoons are nearly a tablespoon and recipeasked for 5 tablespoons so i used 11 sugar cubes
i hope that works ok

i was about to take a picture of the rice, then thought that looked dull, so i held up the nori packages, not sure why but it looks nifty


attempted picture to show everything ready to put inside the rolls, i keep forgetting how bright my flash is


rice spread out on nori sheet, i was attempting a step by step picture thing but the others didn't turn out so NONE FOR YOU! you just get the rice on the nori and next the finished product, SO THERE!


the finished product! with sake cups to hold the soy sauce and wasabi, i'm very pleased and impressed with myself, and now rather full, i took them over to qt's office and shared them with her =D

i have to tell ya, the niftiest part of making the rolls is as soon as i spread the rice onto the nori, that's the smell that makes me think sushi, the rice and nori smell together
