1. One of my closest friends back in Indiana always dressed like Silent Bob... even before the movie came out.
2. At the start of the 80's my Mom and brother moved to NJ she she could live closer to her family; I stayed in Indiana and lived with dad. I found out a few years back that my brother would goof off with the neighborhood kids, and it turns out one of them was Kevin Smith! The wrong brother moved. I was the one into comic books, art and photography; Mike was into cars, fishing and other things. I would be working with him today if I had taken the other road.

LOVED that movie; can't wait for the sequel.
