and the whole allergic to bananas thing so I am sometimes low on potassium.
It's like it's swollen inside around the ankle joint.
I'm probably just getting old.
Likely I just sat on it wrongly on the couch at the bar last night.

I love avacados.
I only had two vodka tonics and wasn't even tipsy,
but I shall take your advice after I drink my ciders and eat my food and sleep.
I will, however also take a vitimin which contains potassium,
and keep a water bottle next to bed.

Ok.
My favourite way to eat 'cados is:
mashed to heck and back,
then mixed with sour cream, salt, OOOODLES of lemon juice,
and then spead on extra sour rye bread.
I put either lemon juice or extra dry vermouth in everything,
SOMETIMES BOTH.
I'm a two note wonder.
Which is why I'm not the most awesome cook in awesome land.
Why am I not this fun/funny when fully rested/awake?
Now stop talking to me and let me eat my food!
