One bad egg ...

hoveringsombreroSo, while I was out last night, I gambled, and doubled my money.
Not in a card game, not in a slot machine, but an elevator race.
In the parking garage of the Aladdin while we were waiting for the elevator,
I fished in my pocket, discovered a dollar, and said to Jay:
"$1 on elevator 2 to beat elevator 1!"
He found a dollar in his pocket and said "You're on!"
We cheered on our respective elevators, and I emerged victorious.
And he paid up!
I later spent my hard-won dollar on a fortune teller machine.
Hee.

On a totally different subject,
I've met several people online over the years in their late teens,
17 to 18 usually, and have found a few to be very articulate and interesting,
so much so that I had one as a roommate for a while,
he's in his twoonys now and still a friend.
HOWEVER, it is 17 year olds like THIS(read the replies)
Who give the lot of you the stupid and ignorant reputation.
One seriously wonders what we're teaching kids in "skoL" these days.
On yet another hand this was a very cute movie based on actual events, gives hope that maybe we still have some great leaders brewing.
