The reason the pictures end at Von's is cause I left camera in car after Von's,
had to go back down to car and get it after being home a bit.

ya know in VA it's illegal to have anything hanging from your rear view mirror. in theory it blocks your view. my ex-roomie got pulled over for that.

No shit. I like to have my cell phone headphone thingies hanging from the rear view because it gets tangled and even MORE dangerous to get from purse to use than to talk on the cell phone. In DC it's like 2 points on the ol' license and a fine for talking on the cell without handsfree.

ISTR that I shopped at that Vons a couple of times when I was out there last year.. when you first moved there.

I get the feeling I've been to the strip mall that the RAC is in as well...

Ah.. we stayed at that one place semi-kitty corner from the Orleans, and I had to drive up Trop every morning out to the boonies to the west... (almost to the mountains out on that side.. to that one highway)

I remember we were quite thrilled when we found the Albertson's, and that our Jewel/Osco card worked there... (it's J/O's parent company)

I never did get to see the Vegas Fry's though.
