many, when i was younger

my hair is stubbornly straight
so there's only one type of perm that worked
(can't recall name but i could pick out the box at sally's)
and has to be left on longer

100s of dollars spent on professional salon perms only damaged the shit out of my hair
and the curl fell out in less than a week
sans washing of course.
