after a reset of the router it told peanut that it needed to update its firmware
so he did so

and then it stopped working

he called Dlink

after some time on the phone with the tech and going through everything
the tech said, yes you installed the proper firmware
yes you did it all correctly
yes this is a known issue sounds like we b0rked your router with our firmware

so now we ticket and reference numbers
and have to call another department when it opens on Monday
to either have another one sent out
or have them give us some sort of authorization
so that we can just go back to fry's and get a new one.

only one computer online at a time
blearg!
