if i rolled my eyes anymore today they would have fallen out of my head
training sucks my nuts.
it gets worse every time i switch call centers i think
call center progression of erisworking
MCI > Bank Of America > DirecTV >
now in the credit card call center division of another major bank
every single training there's always 20 mins
of explaining alt + tab
our trainer had been giving me attitude all yesterday and today
i suspect it's my hair as i keep catching her glaring at my head
however today she gave me several startled looks
when she learned about my work history
and caught me helping fellow trainees
take your assumptions about me based on my looks
and shove them up your ass!
silly bitch
i've been keeping quiet mostly
usually i'm the friendly know-it-all in training
didn't like this trainer's attitude and was just laying low
was cornered and accidentally let my smart slip today
which got the startled looks mentioned above
and had a nicer side effect of making friends more with co-workers
see i'm the nice kind of know-it-all
i'd rather be helping others than sitting and being bored.
and i think i've gotten rather good at explaining things in the past year.
there wasn't much of a point to this
i'm just equal parts annoyed at the slowness and repetitiveness of training
and the brainlessness of current trainer
and happy at being helpful with co-workers
now i'm annoyed that words didn't properly express my eyerolling annoyedness
