bad news and worse news

peanut's still in the hospital
they don't know what's wrong
and he sounds worse each time i talk to him
he can barely talk for the coughing.

why aren't they making him better?
i don't understand why they're not giving him antibiotics
or at least cough medicine.

i'll go see him after work
i hate hospitals and he's going to be hooked up to all kinds of machines.
bah.

i guess there's a little good news
i finally had my first call monitoring today
aced it.
small comfort.

i don't understand why he's getting sicker.
why don't they fix him?

2 more hours of work.
