hoveringsombrero | people assume a lot

at the risk of sounding blasphemous, which i do often regardless.
sometimes i think i know how god would feel if it existed and read livejournal.

people talk quite a lot about god's will and what "god wants us to do"
differs a lot and they all seem positive they know what god wants.

once in a while i run across my followers.
talking about how i chose them, and what chaos i've caused in their lives.
like people don't cause enough chaos without my help.

maybe this all knowing christian deity knows all his followers
but remember i'm only a "lesser" deity
seems a little arrogant of them all to assume that i've any part of their day to day confusion.
especially for such a deity known for don'tgivemuchofafuckness

perhaps the big guy g-o-d is still too ambitious of a comparison
while listening to literature and poetry discussions about what the author REALLY meant, i've often wondered what the late author would think if they could hear the silliness which is rampantly assumed.

and here comes the part in the post where we say ...
