they turned spike's buffysexbot into a standin buffy so that the baddies wouldn't know that the slayer was gone, and so that buffy and dawn's father wouldn't know and come take buffy away
silliness ensues with them trying to pass off buffybot as real buffy at parent teacher day at dawn's school
giles is leaving, anya(sp?) is getting antsy that he's dragging his feet about it, and wants whatshisname (her bf the name escapes me) to tell everyone that they're engaged.
but willow has a plan to bring buffy back from the dead, which she believes will not scarey zombiefy her because she didn't die of natural causes, therefore shouldn't have died
big baddie deamonguys on motercycles find out that buffybot is a bot and decide to smash apart sunnydale because it's fair game with no slayer
willow, anya, tara, and whatshisname start the ritual to bring back buffy, they get inturpted by demon bike baddies and they think the spell didn't work, they run away from baddies buffy is left to suddenly wake up and have to claw her way out of the coffin she's very traumatized and isn't sure where she is
but she finally comes to her senses in time to kick some ass
so buffy's back, buffybot got torn to pieces in the process of the baddies trying to destroy sunnydale
