I'm really floored at how well this worked, Mudge is fabulous and sweet for coming up with this idea and donating the blanket, and everyone else is just so awesome for participating.

I hadn't really intended to be very public about the tonsillectomy till after, if at all. And definitely had not intended to be announcing it to the whole of ask_me_anything. I'm so used to running into uncomfortableness and sometimes outright avoidance due to my stupid pile of ridiculous health issues, that I've been mostly pretending to be normal around new friends, again.

I could have spent this last 10ish days till surgery being freaked out and worried, but now I'm mostly just excited, and overwhelmingly grateful for how sweet people can be.

I have begun to repeat adjectives in this entry, so I better stop till this degrades into me just saying FABULOUS and AWESOME over and over.

As some one who also has a ridiculous amount of health issues, I sympathize with having to keep things quiet until after the matter. I'm glad AMA was so supportive!

I haven't yet achieved a happy medium, if I say nothing people assume I'm fine (which is usually peachy with me), if I say too much it's apparently an open invitation to give me a billion pieces of advice.

I know they mean well but 99% of the advice I've been given are things I've already tried or have been doing for years.
