• Trying to distract myself from worry with TV, but the spotty summer schedule is NOT COOPERATING. I'd ask for suggestions but I'm pretty sure I've seen everything worth watching so far. Breaking Bad could not keep my attention, too angsty. Considering giving Sons of Anarchy a try since Josh likes it so much and it is set around my hometown, but it also looks terribly angsty.
  
  
• AMC previewed a new conspiracy drama called Rubicon. A terrible tease, they showed the pilot now, when it's not set to begin airing till 1 August. It's quite intriguing though, the lead is a serious, angsty version of the lead of Glee. Complete with jewfro and both characters are named Will. I doubt there's going to be many musical numbers in Rubicon, however.
  
  
• Tried to be productive. Tried to work, tried to sew, failing at concentrating. So I tried to call the fatherperson but only got his voicemail. So I called the brotherperson and that ended up being more helpful than I'd expected. Whether he was just putting on a good face for me or not he sounded confident that Curtis is fine, and reassured me that his wife would have called us if anything bad had happened.
  
  
• Then Josh came back from his errands and declared we needed an out, plus we hadn't yet celebrated our birthday together. So we're out to sushi and movie. I haven't had sushi since surgery and my brain could really use some pointless, stupid entertainment right now.
