jloopy lost her dude unexpectedly this week, she hasn't been posting publicly about it and our lj friends lists don't overlap much so I hadn't posted specifically about who it was till now as the obituary is up today.

I only met him the few times, but he seemed like a really really sweet guy. I know there's some quote about how "he helped us move" is supposed to be one of the best things you can say about a person after they're gone, but I can't remember where it's from. He and loopy helped us get our couches home from the store in her little truck. Josh and him did all the carrying and the tying on.

Mostly I felt like I knew him more than I did from how much loopy talked about how awesome a boyfriend he was. He was great for her and it's just really fucking unfair. Blah, I tried to be serious and degraded into cussing. It's just awful and I'm terrible at words with this sort of thing. I just want to give him back to her.

Unfortunately in the crazy balance of life I do have some good news about to be happening, but it's not going to finish coming to pass till a week from today, and then hopefully another good news will be happening then also.
