Best.Apartment.Management.EVER.
So our A/C broke a few days ago, it's been nice and cool so we were slow getting around to letting them know. Turns out it didn't matter, the actual A/C guy has been off all week and won't be back till Tuesday. Regular fixy guy came by to make sure it wasn't something simple that he could do, messed with the thermostat, toggled the breaker, etc. No dice.
Looks like we'll have to wait till Tuesday for other guy to get on the roof as it seems BROKEBROKE. It just plain doesn't turn on, no air, nothin. So we were looking at the forecast and hoping it won't be too horrible by Tuesday. J was worried cause me + heat = bad. While we were discussing options, desk lady called back, she apologised some more, J assured her that we understood, what with the holiday weekend and all. And she OFFERED US THE KEYS TO THE NEXT DOOR APT WHICH IS EMPTY. So that if it gets hot, we can just run next door.
No charge, they just really care that much.
I want to clone them and take them with me everywhere else at which I rent. After the 3 years of abuse from Crystal Cove, it still floors me how nice they are here. They learned our names the FIRST WEEK, they're always friendly and helpful, we've only been late a couple times in the (omg year already) year that we've been here and they've been amazingly understanding and each time didn't even charge us as much in late fees as they could have.
If they had anything larger than a 1 bedroom, we might stay here forever.
Seriously the best rental experience I've ever had, soawesome.
