inreach has not been authenticating me and windows has been being a fuckin bitch

i was going to play a game for a bit before stuff doing but i decided to try to dialup
ooop! it authenticated!

today i have acquired the large moving device known as a uhaul
i am throwing away furniture
minimalism

couch is going, desk is going, dresser is going
stupid excersize machine which did not much but make loud sounds is going
small bookcase is going but probably not today

maybe i ll keep that for now, dunno, it's been everywhere with me

of the things i'm tossing the couch is only thing i bought myself
the desk, which has moved too much and will probably fall apart as i take it out,
was bought by drew and i at a yard sale
the small dresser came from his friend when he moved out of his apt into my house.
i think the bookcase also came from that, i cannot remember
maybe that was also a yard sale acquisition,
i ... disremember

i'm keeping the coffee table, which i bought myself
and the table, which came out of a shed next to my mother's rental.

i'm going to buy some boxes at the uhaul place,
the next week during the time which is not spent work, sleep or playgame
i'ma start sort sort and pack pack

i'm telling you it's over

i'm leaving windows.
some years back i posted that windows is like an abusive boyfriend.
you hate him, he treats you badly

but you just .... can't ... live without him.

well at some point (xp) i got really stupid and married the abusive boyfriend

it's not going to happen overnight, i've been with this OS pretty exclusively
sans a few affairs
for almost my entire life with computers
and i've hated it since win98 came out

yet i stayed
stuck in an abusive relationship with this damned unstable psychotic OS

and now it's newest wardrobe

This is being a lot bigger job than previously thought. Got bookcase and dresser and couch out into uhaul. Now what's left is desk, crap under desk and in closet. Then done for tonight.
