as you may, or likely may not know my father is what's called a Psychiatric Technician.
he use to work at "Stockton (CA) State Hospital" which had its name changed - like all the other state hospitals i know of - to "Stockton Developmental Center"

SDC closed and is now a university of California.
he now works at another SDC, the Sonoma Developmental Center

lemmie 'splain what a state ho- .... developmental center is.
it is jokingly said that a psyc-tech "takes care of the crazies"
but if you're an average crazy, with no insurance, you go to "(insert county name) Mental Health"
you don't want to go there, it's evil and bad, try to go crazy when you've got insurance,
the state hos- er, developmental center is for adult retarded people, i have no idea what the pc term for that is, is it mentally challenged? you go to an (insert city) Developmental Center if you're over 18, retarded, and have no one to support you, the state takes care of you if you've got no family to put you in a nice group home.
also if you kill a bunch of people, or something, and get off with an insanity plea, you will likely end up in the "criminally insane" ward.

anyway my father rarely works in the criminally insane ward.

female #1: oh yeah, sure, hang on

female #1: CURTIS!!!!! HEY WHERE'S CURTIS?
far away man: i know where he is, i'll go get him

female #1: so it's really really stinky
female #2 yeah i'll get the keys from (name i can't remember) and see if i can clean it up

loud man in background: YAAAAAAHHHGGGGGG!
female #:1 oh no, i think Larry wants to go outside
Larry: YAAAAAAHHHGGGGGG!

*sound of phone being picked up*

me: hi curtis!

Curtis: hellooooooo there!

me: loud clients today huh?
Curtis: WHAT?

me: i say, loud clients today, i hear Larry wants to go outside
Curtis: yes, yes he does, but he's not going to, he's going into his room to calm down soon
