good mornin'

nadin and i went off to red lobster, didn't have too much problem finding it
(mapquest should never use the word slight)
got seated
i was rather overwhelmed by the menu, i don't know a lot about seafood
finally nadin and i both decided on combo thingys so we could try several different things
i had blackened catfish and butterfly shrimp, and mashed potatoes
then some mixture of crab, cheese, small shrimp and something strangely textured that nadin informed me were scallops
i had a bit of the cheesy crab stuff and tiny shrimp, but i put a scallop into my mouth and attempted to bite into it, became extremely disturbed at the texture and spit it out
heh
not obviously of course, nobody saw me as it wasn't a violent outspitting
we talked of many things, of shoes and ships and sealing wax
of cabbages and kings
a lot of interesting conversation, bobcat is the hugest flirt and had to stare or smile at everyone that walked by
he's such a great restaurant baby, such a nice thing after all the screaming babies i've had to sit next to
our waiter was VERY nice, that's also a very good thing. crappy service always ruins my day
then when we got home my house was full of boys and computers (kal was having a LAN party) bobcat was a bit startled at all the people at first, but then became very excited, especially when chris would come into the room and make silly faces and dance around for him
nadin watched TV and i played with babyman on the floor
the neighbor type people came by for a bit and julie had to make silly noises at mister baby (hehehe) but they didn't stay and i'm not sure why
anyhow i was getting very tired and then nadin had to go, i walked her to the car and we said our goodbyes
she leaves back to guam on Sunday but she had to give back her rental car today, so that was the last time i'll see her for another long time =(
i was very sad
then i went to bed
now i'm done with this post.
