dog next door update

mostly for julie's benefit when she comes home

the dog was quiet for a while, then it started barking again
then i heard car and some arguing in front of the door (probably after seeing note)
then door slammed, then stomping
then dog suddenly quit barking (sounded like they brought it inside house)
and now there's lots of stomping around next door, so they're probably fighting
