Jun. 8th, 2000 05:07 amwow i managed not to post on my birthday at all, quite by accident,
so another birthday come and gone, this one not as bad as anticipated, very much due to wonderfull people around me
today was filled with present left on door step, presents in mail, attemtping to move some stuff into new house and being twarted by bug bombs, and a rather late in the day birthday picnic given me by selene and doug, bar-b-q, i don't much care for hotdogs so doug attempted to make hamburger in a shape to fit a hotdog buns :D ended up looking like tounges but very yummy, eveutually managed to find all the stuffs in the dark to bring back, ohyeah, selene makes THEE best potato salad *swoon* and SHE BAKED ME A CAKE!! wish i could have taken pix of it, it said "happy birthday eris" yeah yeah simple but cool
went back to badger's house, sat for a bit, then back to this house and set up a tent in the backyard and roasted marshmallows over the little bbq thingy, and sat and talked, and discovered that if you put marshmallows on a fire they expand and bubble and breathe (FIRE FIRE FIRE!!) hehe, i'm a simple woman, little things are much fun
i've also discovered something nifty, when left to myself, alone with my own thoughts, my brain can't find anything to depress me with, still i've got a few little annoying stressed to work out, that sometimes still make me cry with frusteration, but i am for the first time in a while (knock on wood) finding myself without any big major stresses .. and all i have to say is; it's about damn time, my turn now :P
there will only be a couple more shows on mrradio for a while AGAIN, because i have way overstayed my welcome doing the show at n00dleboy's house and i have to have my equipment out of there by the end of this week, perfect timeing as i'll be able to move it directly to my new studio, not soo great cause i have no idea how long it will take to get DSL or cable installed

for the frist time in my life a house with stairs, and a house with a shower curtain instead of shower doors!, so i can get a spiffy mostly see thru curtain for showercam stuff!!
