I don't know if he cares to be babbled about so I'm just not going to mention name.
Talked to him for a while tonight, I talk to him off and on, so this isn't rare.
Those of you who know him will know who I'm talking about in a bit, methinks.
We wandered into the subject of who, from those days, we still talk to,
just got me thinking in general about stuff and things.
I still can't get over him having short hair, just seems wrong.
He's one of my friends who has never seemed to be able to fully grasp,
that he can talk to me like I'm just one of the guys,
this is not a compliant, it's amusing.
Waaaay back in college he use to corner me and quiz me about girls.
why do girls do this, why do girls do that, why do they say this or that, etc.
So he is, really, the main reason why I started thinking about those things,
and am pretty damn good at answering all those questions for boys now.
At the time, I knew barely any answers, I don't even know if he remembers this.
One time after telling him I had no clue, probably about why girls go to the bathroom in groups,
I asked him why he kept asking me these things when I rarely knew the answers.
and why didn't he ask another girl.
He said he did, that I, more often than not, actually answered him.
He was also my first "Friend in a band" that was very cool to a 17 year old me.
I miss his band, I had one of the songs in my head yesterday.
