Unfortunatly your not close enough to York, Pa or my wife and I would join you in your need for sushi. I love sushi so much I have learned how to roll, press, and cut sashimi. One of my b-day presents was a full set of sushi/sashimi knives. I love to experiment when doing rolls and I have even gotten my 13 year old son over his "I hate sushi/fish" arguments. My wife loves one of my newest creations, a vegi roll that is reversed rolled with cucumber, carrot, spring onion, portabella, straw and shitaki mushrooms.
