more dom

DOM: I've got a question: All these fitness things you see talk about building "lean muscle". Is there "fat muscle"? What about "morbidly obese muscle" and "bulimic muscle"?

DOM: And why the fuck were there three advertisements for the same fitness video back to back?

There are 2 types of muscle.
Lean muscle, and bulk muscle.

Lean muscle is like you see that makes people look tiny, and birdlike. Like someone who does Yoga.

Bluk muscle is, well.. The Hulk.

Well... does lean muscle burn more calories or whatever the fuck than bulk muscle?

nope. It just weighs less, and it's harder to obtain.
In short, it's easy to be a big old meat head. It's harder to be lean and look smart.

So... in theory... I could start a line of fitness videos showing people how to become a meathead, and honestly claim it is easier than all that lean muscle crap. WOO WOO!
