Once again, eris is on the free internets in the cafe after work.

When we walked in our guy at counter saw me,
and pulled out a username/password for me all ready,
waved it at me.
It's good to be eris.

Today I got paid for 8 hours and did maybe 4 hours of actual work.
My favouritest trainer pulled me off the floor after lunch to do my tech final.
So after that's graded tomorrow I'm officially back to tech.

There are 3 departments on the floor who take calls.
Mainbank (billing and activation of accounts)
Tier One Technical support (handles most tech problems)
Tier Two Technical support (handles advanced technical problems)

I was a Tier 1 tech before I left,
but because I was gone over 90 days,
I had to go through mainbank training again.
2 weeks and few days of classroom training,
and 2 weeks of On the Job Training (OJT)

Today was first day of OJT,
and tomorrow will probably be my last.
Maybe only half of tomorrow before they yank me.
I'll be back out in tier 1,
and into the first tier 2 training I can get my happy ass into.
And then after that it's promotion into off the floor jobs,
I'm much tired of being on the phones.
I have much more fun helping other agents.

What's the use of being a know-it-all,
if I can't use my powers for good?

I should bother the J-man for us to go home soonish,
we gots shit to do before work tomorrow.

Just one day off for eris,
I agreed to 8 hours of overtime on Sunday.
It's the start of football season so it'll be crazy.

They're offering $5 extra an hour for all overtime between now
and Monday.
So Sunday I'll be making time and a half +$5.
