garlic
i commute 4 miles a day by bike through the cold to work at a dirty 'ol goodwill store and everyone there has it too; seems impossible to get well. one of th gals there was diagnosed borderline walking pneumonia and got a script for antibiotics. wish i had some myself.
went grocery shopping on my way home yesterday and bought a lot of garlic, nature's own antibiotic. gonna cook up some onions & ground beef & veggies here in a bit & use a bunch of th garlic.
today's my day off and i feel better for it but tomorrow it all starts up again.
artlover, who also lives here and works there, has it worse than me.
we really need to see a doctor, as if we could afford it.

i hope you feel better soon. sleep a lot and drink a lot of water and oj... eat a lot of good stuff too. coddle yerself until you're really better...

hail eris!
