nightrider, i had a crush on the guy the girl and the car

bevis and butthead, seriously i loved that show

care bears and strawberry shortcake and rainbow brite, well i dunno if wish those three are still on but i miss them

ALF! alf was cool

original transformers (more than meets the eye, robots in disguise)!

i know there's a lot more but i can't remember them
right now, that's just off the top of my head

ah, there's a whole list of freaky little sci-fi / weird shows that were not allowed to run their course ... I'm sure I'm forgetting many things that would be on this list, but a lot of things I miss ran for as little as half a year ...

"V" needed at least another season to tie everything together with the starchild and all
"Dark Skies" was always kept on too short a leash, I thought, where it could have been great (and 7of9 doing Soviet Babe thing was too cool for words)
"VR5" again, never given the chance to really tie up all its internal "mythos"
"Brimstone", very cool show about a dead cop sending these escapees from hell back, never really given a chance
"Millennium", again, FOX didn't want it to become the insane conspiracy pit that would have made it great
"Forever Knight" which should have been handled better ... even though it was "brought back from the grave" once, its ending was too rushed, with too many things "terminated" instead of wrapped up ... I wish they'd made some movies after the series
"Dark Shadows", speaking of vampires ... I wish they had done better at the second series ... I was a huge fan of the original, and it would be cool to see it done with SOME effects budget
and of course, there is the all-time yanked-for-no-good-reason show ... "Blake's 7" ... another example of "lets clean up all loose ends in a final show" deal
